Refund Policy:
We offer a 100% refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled booking date.
Refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled booking date are subject to our discretion and may not be guaranteed.
Deposit Policy:
Upon booking a reservation with Gulfview Getaways, a refundable deposit of $1000 is required to ensure the booking and secure your stay. This deposit is payable easily through our booking system, Lodgify. Guests can have peace of mind knowing that their deposit will be returned to them at the end of their stay, assuming there are no damages or outstanding fees incurred. This deposit policy adds an extra layer of security for both the guests and the property owners, creating a mutually beneficial arrangement. It’s important for guests to understand and comply with such terms to enjoy a hassle-free and enjoyable stay at Gulfview Getaways.
Early Departure:
If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled checkout date, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds for the unused portion of your reservation.
Hurricanes/Natural Disasters:
If a hurricane or natural disaster forces the closure of the property or evacuation of the area, guests will receive a full refund for the affected nights. The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priority in such situations.
Family Emergencies:
In the case of a family emergency that prevents the guest from fulfilling their reservation, a refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with the guest to find a fair and appropriate solution.
Process for Refunds:
To request a refund for your deposit, please contact us at hello@gulfviewgetaways.com or 239-777-2083. We will process your refund within 5 business days from the date of your request. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the booking.
